All consultations are personally conducted by Dr Samuel Heitner, Consultant Paediatrician and founder of Telebaby.
Telebaby Consultations (0–12 months) are now 45 minutes long, giving you more time to discuss all your baby’s concerns while lowering your out-of-pocket cost thanks to a higher Medicare rebate.

Pay $400 when booking your consultation.
If you have a GP referral, your Medicare rebate will be $265.60, reducing your out-of-pocket cost to $134.40.
The higher rebate applies once per year.
Any further Telebaby consultations should be booked as a Telebaby Follow-Up.

If your baby does not yet have a Medicare card, we will submit the claim once the card is issued.
You can book without a GP referral, however you will not receive a Medicare rebate until a valid referral is received. You can email the referral to contact@telebaby.com.au at any time before your consultation or during your consultation, or you can upload it directly through the link that is sent after your booking.
If you do not have a GP referral yet, please email contact@telebaby.com.au and we can guide you on how to obtain one to help reduce your out-of-pocket cost.
Medicare rebates may be higher if your family has reached the Medicare Safety Net threshold for the year, meaning your out-of-pocket cost will be even lower.
